We offer legal assistance for real estate purchases, information products, and physical goods related to our domain. The following sections outline the terms for each category.

2.1 Legal Assistance Services

Describes tailored legal support for property acquisition. Bookings are confirmed once the agreed fee is received.

2.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates delivered via download or email. Access is granted upon completion of the purchase process.

2.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials and merchandise shipped to your address. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are specified at checkout.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked legal assistance session up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund or to choose a new date. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory arrangements. In case of no-show, no result of fees is possible.

3.2 Information Products

Given the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are only available if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and before any materials are accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted, no refund can be issued.

3.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping charges. Result shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

4. Refund Procedures

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. To request a refund, please complete the form at our contact form and include your order number and details of your request.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the schedule or content of legal assistance sessions. In such events, affected clients will be offered alternative dates or a refund if rescheduling is not feasible.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kuwait and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.
